On the afternoon of November 5th, the e-Chain Supply and Demand Order Conference was successfully held in Qingdao National High-tech Industrial Development Zone. Within just one year, the e-Chain service brand has achieved remarkable results, becoming a core platform supporting enterprise development in the zone. It has promoted the growth of companies in the industrial park and the coordinated development of the industrial ecosystem, setting a new benchmark for service model innovation for enterprises across the city and beyond.

At the conference, representatives from eight companies in the new energy industry chain, eight from the bio-pharmaceutical industry, and eight from the intelligent manufacturing industry signed strategic cooperation agreements. The Economic Development Department of Qingdao National High-tech Industrial Development Zone shared the achievements of the e-Chain and announced the procurement needs of 10 key companies. Since its launch, the e-Chain has organized 14 specialized matchmaking events, assisting over 200 enterprises in connecting with upstream and downstream partners, resulting in over 20 successful orders totaling 270 million yuan. An online service platform has also been launched, featuring modules like e-Chain Show and e-Chain Rent, operating in an integrated online-offline model to provide barrier-free, low-cost, and efficient services to businesses.

At the conference, the e-Chain People-Order Integration Action Plan was officially released. This plan aims to closely integrate service personnel with business needs, implementing a strategy to build a robust service brand, strengthen 10 industrial parks (incubators), optimize the professional level of 100 government service personnel, and precisely serve 1,000 enterprises. The focus will be on establishing a graded service mechanism, creating a supply-demand connection platform, strengthening the lead in key industry chains, and enhancing the entrepreneur community to achieve precise services, policies, and support.

In recent years, Qingdao National High-tech Industrial Development Zone has strengthened the professional operation and services of industrial parks (incubators). During this event, plaques for e-Chain negotiation rooms were awarded to 10 industrial park operators. These negotiation rooms will support the future “People-Order Integration” initiative, focusing on point-to-point, face-to-face business development support, regularly collecting enterprise needs, and extending the reach of e-Chain services.

To enhance mutual communication and cooperation among entrepreneurs, Qingdao National High-tech Industrial Development Zone has established a CEO Club. Eight entrepreneurs from prominent companies have become founding members. The club will regularly host salons, forums, lectures, and invite industry experts to share experiences, promoting resource sharing and exchange among companies.
